2. About HOLY MGMT

HOLY MGMT is a Mother Agency based in Buenos Aires that scouts, develops, manages and places talent internationally. Information on this site is for general purposes and does not constitute a contractual offer.

3. Applications (Get Scouted)

Applying is free and does not guarantee representation. Submitting an application does not create a representation agreement, an exclusivity, or any obligation for either party. Representation exists only through a written agreement signed by HOLY MGMT and the talent. Applicants must provide accurate information, hold the rights to the photos and videos they submit, and, if under 18, have parental or guardian consent.

4. Representation, fees and payments

HOLY MGMT does not charge applicants any fee to apply or to be reviewed. Commission, payment terms and conditions for represented talent are set out in each talent’s written agreement. Bookings with brands, agencies and clients are subject to written confirmation of dates, rates, usage and payment terms. Late payments may incur additional charges as stated in the booking confirmation.

5. Availability requests and Selections

Requests for availability and the Selection tool are not bookings. A booking is only confirmed in writing by HOLY MGMT. Availability, location and measurements shown on the site may change without notice.

6. Intellectual property and image rights

All content on this site, including text, design, photography, video and code, belongs to HOLY MGMT, its talent, photographers or its licensors. Portfolio images and videos are provided only to evaluate talent for potential bookings. Any other use, reproduction or distribution requires prior written permission (see Licensing).

7. Privacy and personal data

Information, photos and videos submitted through Get Scouted are used only to review your profile and contact you, and are not sold or shared outside the scouting and placement process. Personal data is handled under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. You may request access, correction or deletion at robinson@holymgmt.com. Private selection links shared with clients are confidential and must not be forwarded or published.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party services such as Instagram or Models.com. HOLY MGMT is not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HOLY MGMT is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or from information in it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the City of Buenos Aires.

11. Changes and contact
